Good flavour, not so hot
Despite the name, it is not as hot as you might expect: someone used to hot stuff should be able to taste a teaspoon of this stuff and enjoy a nice lasting burning sensation equally distributed throughout the mouth and the tongue, and swallow it without any harsh feeling in the throat. Those who eat habaneros like peanuts won't find it particularly hot; there are many sauces out there a lot hotter than this. Of course, who are not used to strong chili sauces should go easy to begin with, because it is hotter than most of the stuff you can buy in a normal supermarket. The good thing about the sauce is the flavour; it is not just about being hot, but also enjoying the taste. I can't speak for everybody, but to me, it has a very nice balance of ingredients: the typical taste of the habaneros is definitely there, not too salty, with a hint of tomato, garlic and a bit fruity, but not too much (I don't buy sauces with added sugar or too sweet). It goes really well with kebabs, sausages, burgers... or any meaty stuff where you want to pour a chilli sauce straight over it.

Excellent!
Quite pricey, but a good sized hip flask shaped bottle, and hot enough to use sparingly so it lasts a while. Really nice and thick with a lovely jerky flavour from the spice mix. I'd quite fancy trying it with the pineapple replaced with papaya (Encina papaya hot sauce is amazing, and maybe some scotch bonnets instead of just habanero, but regardless of the nit picking it really is lovely stuff. Highly recommended.

Very nice but a bit too fruity
This sauce is very nice and is much better than almost all the chilli sauces you can buy in a supermarket. But I have a very discerning palate and I'm not going to give it five stars because it could be better. The heat level is good. Neither too hot nor too mild. The flavour is good too. It is slightly sweet and sour with a strong tomatoe flavour. But here is the problem. The fruitiness of the sauce overpowers the flavour of the chillis. In a chilli sauce I want to taste the chillis. In this sauce the chilli flavour takes second place to the other flavours.I guess it is to be expected that different chilli sauces will have different flavours. It is a good thing too. This sauce is Jamaican chilli sauce. So I guess the flavour is Jamaican. It has Jerk seasoning in the ingredients. It is also nice that manufacturers try different recipes. But to me one of the best things about chilli sauce is the actual flavour of the chillis. Which is just a bit too overshadowed here. However it is a great sauce which I may come back to. If you like fruity chilli sauces then this one would be ideal. Personally I'm going to sample some of the other sauces on offer here at Amazon to find those that suit me more.

Pain Is subjective.
Tastes absolutely incredible. Love the flavour & the bottle. Not quite as hot as i'd thought it'd be. I'm not usually amazing with heat, but this did leave me wanting a little more. I've used this on a number of different dishes, and the only time it's been very hot is when I've used a lot of it, and when it's £8 a bottle it's hard to justify using that much sauce on one dish.Basically, there's a lot of other sauces out there which will likely be hotter than this, but I'm not sure if any have tasted this good! Despite not being as hot as i'd hoped, i'll definitely be getting more of this!

Sweet,Hot,Spicy,AMAZING.
Another sauce I've tried from Pain Is Good and another winner. It's not super hot, you can put it on everything, I love their Louisiana Batch and I wanted to try this one - it's a bit sweeter due to the pineapple and I loved that.

Mild but very tasty
Far more mild than the packaging suggests but tastes very good. It is clearly a boutique product. Because it is mild, one is tempted to use a lot each serving, which empties the bottle rather quickly.EDIT: Beware, I ordered a second bottle from a different seller that was meant to be the same batch and packaging, but the second bottle had different packaging and different ingredients- this time it had habaneros only, not scotch bonnet peppers. Strangely it also said batch 114 like the first bottle I ordered. The taste is not so good this time round, its quite generic. Not sure what's going on.
