Faber-Castell 9000 Art Set 12 x Pencils

Delightful pencils from a famous top quality name. I find they have a slightly different feel to my Cumberland-Derwent set but cannot pin down which I ultimately prefer or quite what I feel the difference.Really nice to use

These are a quantum leap from what we are used to - smooth, silky feel that translates to an easier and more fluid drawing experience. The shades are much denser with an increased opacity over other pencils and blend easily.They have a different feel, however, they are marginally slimmer than other pencils - certainly different to my others. No doubt familiarity will come with use, but there is a perceptible difference in feel.Other than that, a superb product. Who would have thought that the humble pencil could be improved so much.

I'm so glad I upgraded to Faber Castell. Hight quality pencils, really smooth and ever easy to blend. They come already sharpened and the storage box is a big plus to keep your pencils sharp and safe.

I like to draw here and there. I bought these after looking around for some and now I’ve got them there super good. However the only issue is that they sort of gave me 2 X 7B pencils and missed out the 3B so idk who forgot to count but yeah it’s annoying. Apart from that there solid drawing pencils.

Excellent quality, well worth the price

They're good for sketching and shading. They come pre-sharpened.

I have various Prime Quality graphite pencil makes and these are my favourite. The quality and handling of these pencils give amazing results. On using the H pencils I do not get the scratchy feel like I do on some other prime Quality pencil brands. The quality is worth paying for.
