Good Potency and Well Balanced Multivitamin
Although Instaflex is primarily known for their joint supplements, I was enthusiastic to try their multivitamin. While some multivitamins are simple and aim to just cover the basics, this multivitamin is a 3 pill serving that does a nice job at being more comprehensive. I was impressed to see the good dosages included for each vitamin and mineral as well as the quality, such as using methylated folate and B12. It also seems to cover all the bases, except for vitamin K and iron. The added bonuses such as the antioxidant support blend, lutein, etc are a nice addition. I'm not a huge fan of the fillers used to create the tablet itself and would prefer capsules. But it is a good quality multivitamin overall. The price may be a bit of a hard pill to swallow for some.

Overpriced…No Added Effects
I ordered this ‘Instaflex Multivitamin’ for my wife who is concerned about her bone health. I liked that it contained a large number of natural ingredients. But for what you actually get in this supplement, it is way overpriced.This supplement contains a lot of the other vitamins and minerals you’d find in a bone vitamin like calcium and riboflavin. But the dosages of those important ingredients are not that high. I do like the antioxidant blend however.These ‘Instaflex Multivitamins’ are easy to take and swallow. My wife does not like having to take 3 of them a day. You think they could fit it all in one pill.As far as whether these ‘Instaflex Multivitamins’ have any positive effect on my wife’s bone health, I can only say yes they do. But that effect is no more profound than with her previous OTC supplement.All in all, these ‘Instaflex Multivitamins’ are way overpriced for the positive effect they have. They contain some unique ingredients, but they do not justify the cost.

pills could be smaller. should not have to take three pills need to give more mg. on serving. price is to high!!!!
