I’ve been taking this Marine Collagen and Hyaluronic Acid supplement daily for about a month, and I’ve started to see real results—especially in my skin and joints. What I liked: Improved skin hydration and texture: My skin feels plumper and looks more refreshed, especially in the morning. Fine lines around my eyes seem softer. Bought to keep the face wrinkles at bay, and people do comment on how good my skin is, for an old bird, ......but biggest improvement was in my hips. A huge reduction in pain. Physio and exercise helped, but after about 3 weeks of taking these I was sleeping so much better as the sharp pains subsided. When I ran out of these, the pain came back and went after 3 weeks of resuming my daily dose. I have them on subscription now.

Good product but discontinuing as I kind them too large to swallow. Apart from that good value.

I find this tablets good. U cannot see a uge difference unless u know really well your body. It reduced my "orange skin" in my legs really well. I also noticed my skin in my face changing the pigments, due to the sun and creams in the summer I got a orange colour(not from tan) so I noticed my skin looking healthier. Also I had marks in my face from acne and I noticed the changed. I like them. I don't recommend u taking them in the day. The pills say for u to take them at night or with no food. I tried one day in the morning cause I knew I wasn't going to eat until 5h after, but I felt really sick after that, so I never did it again. I also drinked plenty of natural juice and I was taking other vitamins. I stopped for 2 weeks and I still see the results. My hair is also much more healthy too.

These collagen capsules are an excellent buy and easy to swallow. After just a few days of taking these collagen capsules I can already feel and see the benefits as the arthritic pain and inflammation that I suffer from was starting to feel so much better. I also suffer from really sore ulcerated areas on my tongue and thankfully these seemed to have cleared up also and the mouthwash that I have been using no longer stings. I am so impressed with the benefits of taking them that I have signed up to receive monthly supplies. I fully recommend this amazing product. Thank you.
