This item is as described and is ideal size to help relieve pain . It is comfortable to use went heated . The fabric is soft to touch.

Good wheatbag very comfortable but doesn't stay cold enough for me enough the mint smll is spot on not overpowering.

i had a pain in my neck for days a few hrs with this and it's easing soft lovely and comfortable hold it's heat well worth the money no kidding great full

I have one from years ago which is really warm. This is good but not as warm as I wanted however it does stay warm for a long period which is good. Very flexible so can be used on any part of body

The microwaveable heat / cool pack arrived before schedule. The fabric and stitching is of a good quality. It's a lovely teal colour and is well filled with stone / clay beads (not under filled). It definitely needs longer than the 30 seconds (stated on the instructions) to heat to an adequate temperature in my 800 watt microwave. However, when heated, it remained warm for quite some time and it had a pleasant but subtle minty aroma. I haven't used it as a cool pack yet.

Having suffered a knee injury I ordered this item and it was delivered very quickly. It is easy to heat up in the microwave and wraps round the injured part easily. I have also used it in the freezer, but feel that using it as a heat pad is best for me at the moment.
