I rarely write reviews on Amazon but I know how much effort I put in to researching this purchase and the reviews were helpful so I thought it only fair that I share mine... I LOVE it. Like really love it. My skin has been awful over the last few months and, in combination with a proper skincare (product) routine, I was advised to steam 3 times a week. The fact that this product is so small and sits neatly on my desk means that I can quickly fill it up and switch it on while working, or use it straight out after a bath/shower. No faffing around getting it out and setting it up - just fill the little tank, hit the button and off you go. My skin is improving, I’m using the steamer consistently and it’s like a little slice of pamper time with no hassle. Worth every penny and I’m glad I didn’t fork out on the ones that cost hundreds but do the same job!!

This steamer is really impressive. It pups out a strong steady amount of steam. Bought it ages ago. Used it a few times then forgot about it. Have just developed a nasty chest infection - then remembered my steamer. It’s been brilliant for clearing my bronchial passages and soothing the mucus on my lungs. Please note: I’m not sure you’re allowed to use it this way, or it it’s a good idea, but it worked brilliantly for me. Oh, and it’s even better at steaming one’s face! Worth every penny!

I was looking forward to using this. However, upon turning it on, it immediately blew, which tripped my electricity, leaving it broken and burn below. I'm just glad I didn't get hurt, or zapped. I got a fright when it popped that's for sure. Ended up going to my local range and buying a wee cheap face steamer for £14, cheap but it works. However,,,,,I was able to return this item hassle free. Just took it to a local post office, no need for boxing or postal fees, so I AM thankful to Amazon for that.

I’ve been using the old fashioned way of placing my head over a hot bowl of water with a towel over my head, but this was pretty useless as the steam was never hot enough to open the pores. Obviously this made extracting comedones and milia very difficult. The product arrived quickly, nicely packaged. The quality of the tool kit is brilliant, including a lance to penetrate stubborn spots. I used distilled water and loosely put a towel over my head. I was so impressed by the heat and consistency of the steam, although I would have to agree that the lead is very short. Also, the water tank had leaked water into the reservoir, so I’m not sure if this is supposed to have happened. Lovely product for the price. Overall a lovely experience

When I received the steamer, I'm impressed by how small and compact it is. I tried to use the steamer and it is really easy to use. After adding some water to the water tank for a few minutes, the steam begins to work. One thing you have to be careful is that you have to maintain a greater distance as the steamer can become quite hot. Overall, I think it is a great product and I am still using it several times a week.
