what is the length and depth

Says size is width: 32 cm depth: 13 cm height: 16 cm but answers below say depth 28cm which is more consistent with description as "large".

The dimensions in the features are wrong. It is 28x32x16. I will get amazon to change it

Yes they are, they actually come with some extra screws and holes in the supports so you can stack them. Not sure how stable they would be stacked though?

would this be ok to use on a jewellery stand at a craft fair for displaying jewellery

I think so, espcially if you covered it with a black cloth to cover the holes. You wouldn't want the jewellery tp catch on a hole when someone picks it up and the whole shelf goes flying. It'll be nice that your customers won't have to stoop to get a good look. Good luck at the show :)
