Very comfortable, reliable disposable breast pads. I have tried Boots and Superdrug own brand and these are much better. The absorbency is great as it contains the leaking milk. Depending on your milk flow you can leave them in for the whole day. With the cheaper alternatives they do not feel as dry against the skin and also these do not tend to let the milk through to your bra. By comparison I had to change the cheaper brands 3-4 times in the day so for me these are more cost effective. The only time I have had leaks is if you are breastfeeding through the night on your side and your opposite nursing breast due to the nursing position let’s down to the side of the pad. Obviously it doesn’t hold as much milk when it’s angled to one side of the pad as the centre of the pad holds more. I have tried the washable bamboo pads previously as they are better for the environment but if you need to rely on something to definitely not leak through these are better. I had occasions with reusable ones where I leaked through and unless you can replace them throughout the day and store the saturated pad somewhere when out and about, it’s not convenient. As a second time mum I could not deal with the faff. The adhesive tape is much better than other brands as it offers two spots of adhesion and can be repositioned without losing tack if you make a mistake in positioning first time. Be careful to not fully extend the pad when opening up from its folded and position as I was a bit over zealous on first time use and split the seals either side. Due to the shape of the pad which is sealed, just ever so slightly to either side of the semi circle packed pad it fits the breast really well as it cups more than other cheaper pads which don’t have this design. The one thing I would state is if you want to utilise your let down milk you could use a milk collector ie Elvie catch. I only discovered this as a second time mum.

Love these pads, they are the only ones which are fully effective at preventing my leaks and absorb a good amount of let down. They don’t slip or irritate my skin, worth the little bit more money in comparison to own brands from health stores/supermarkets

The best breast pads, they stay in place unlike others I’ve used. No leaks so far. They also don’t irritate my skin they are very soft and comfortable.

These are grest and soft. I recently bought li-lets ones as a replacement but I prefer these to them as they are softer don't move or scrunch up!

These are my favourite breast pads. I honestly have never found another breast pad as comfortable and soft as these ones. Every other brand I've tried including reusable ones are itchy and/or leak whereas these ones hold so much milk (I am a leaker!) they are thin but absorbable and I really like that the size is more suitable for most women's bra size whereas others seem to come up small and don't fill the bra cup. The only thing that lets them down is that despite having two sticky patches on the back to adhere to the bra they can still come loose and move about

Literally the only breast pads that could absorb all the leaks during breast feeding. They stick well to the inside of the bra and felt soft, feels dry and soaks up loads! Never showed through my maternity bra either.

Ottima assorbenza. Sono più grandi rispetto alle solite coppette ma sono proprio quello che cercavo visto che le coppette standard non bastavano e mi bagnavo sempre le magliette. Non posso giudicare l'adesione perché non le incollo ma le lascio solo inserite nel reggiseno. Lo spessore è veramente minimo visto le dimensioni più larghe! consigliate specialmente per chi ha un seno più grande o per chi cerca un assorbenza maggiore

He probado varias marcas y también otros modelos de esta misma marca y sin duda estos son los mejores con mucha diferencia. Súper cómodos, se adaptan a la perfección, son finos y súper absorbentes. Jamás se nota la humedad. Los recomiendo 100%, sobre todo si tenéis mucha pérdida o para las primeras semanas hasta que se regula la leche.
