I love this brush! It feels so good on my scalp and leaves my hair so smooth. I was actually skeptical of the plastic bristles at first and afraid they might not be sturdy enough for my thick hair but does a great job. I haven’t used it when my hair is super tangled like when it’s first washed but for everyday touch up it’s great. I bought it to have a small brush to carry in my work bag and it’s perfect for that. The shape fits nicely in your hand and I would definitely buy again.

I’ve had a pretty stressful last several months. I’m a mom of 2 little ones. We moved across the country, and I lost my brush, so I completely neglected my hair. For months. I would throw it in a bun on top of my head and that’s it. Shower, throw in a bun. When I finally did find my brush, it was too late. My hair was in terrible shape. A giant knot of matted hair. Hugely embarrassing. I tried brushing with my brush, combing with a wide toothed comb. I soaked my hair in coconut oil, used gobs of conditioner, and nothing worked even to loosen the impenetrable knot that had formed within my hair. I was resigning myself to chopping all of my hair off - going back to the dreaded pixie cut that my high school self had sported 15 years ago - a hairstyle I have never ever desired to have again. But, 3 days ago I saw this brush listed on a Pinterest article. So, I decided what the heck. I’d try one last attempt.I received the brush yesterday. Today, after spending a solid 3 hours on it - my hair is fixed. The tangles and knots are gone. My hair is smooth, soft, and shiny again. I am so relieved.

I had high hopes for this brush. The bristles are excellent quality and work really well on my hair. However, the lack of a long handle makes it difficult to hold, especially in the shower where it frequently slips from my hand due to poor grip. If this brush came with a longer handle option, I would definitely purchase it again. Despite this design flaw, I'm giving a positive review because the brush itself performs very well—it's just the handle that needs improvement.

Purchased for myself and my child with curly hair. Mine is wavy. They detangle with ease and don’t tug too harshly on hair. It’s a good, gentle solution. The colors were perfect, as her favorite is pink and my favorite is purple. They aren’t large, and they fit well in her little hands. Even with gently removing the knots, they seem like they’ll last a while!

UPDATED REVIEW:After writing my review I decided to forward it to the customer service department at Crave Naturals and found their email on their website. I received an immediate response from the founder of the company, Kristen who explained the source of the issue and offered to send me a replacement brush and a refund. She did explain to me that issue was as follows:“When a customer decides to return a brush to Amazon, they ship it back to an Amazon warehouse. At that time an Amazon employee takes the product out of the return box and makes a decision as to whether or not it is to be discarded or put back into Amazon inventory. I have told Amazon in the past that all of our returns should be discarded because they are sanitary in nature and should not be used by more than one person. Unfortunately, it appears that they are not following our requests.”I received my package from Kristen today and she sent me TWO new brushes and they were 100% brand new and wonderful. She exceeded my expectations and completely changed my perspective of her company and staff. I’m honestly happier now than I would have been if I got sent a brand new brush delivered from Amazon from the start.The brush works wonders when it comes to detangling hair. It’s very gentle and I noticed a lot less hair came out compared to using my regular brush or wide tooth comb. I haven’t gotten to use it on a knot yet but I feel very confident that I won’t be using the scissors on my knots anymore because this will work perfectly to get my knots and tangles out. I would now 100% recommended going with this company if considering buying one of these detangling brushes because no matter what Kristen, the founder of the company has a mission to make all of her customers completely satisfied. Thank you Kristen!!!PREVIOUS REVIEW:Was so excited to try out this new brush. After seeing it multiple times on TV I knew I needed to order one for myself. Being born with fine hair and choosing to bleach it every couple of months has led to multiple hair issues such as damage, breakage, slow growth, and tangling and knotting very easily. I’ve suffered with hair loss, bald spots and knots so bad that after hours of trying to get them untangled, I give up and just end up cutting out the chunk of my hair... So I am always doing research to learn the best, new techniques and remedies in order to have healthy and happy hair and this brush seemed like the perfect fix to my tangling issues.I choose this brand because it was listed as “Amazon’s Choice” and had a high rating with plenty of reviews so I figured it was a safe bet to go with this brand. I had ordered it with eight other things to get faster shipping and it arrived the next day with my other items in a fairly large box. When opening my Amazon package and grabbing the box with the brush inside, I immediately noticed the brush box was damaged and it looked like it had been squished or dropped. Since it came in a big Amazon box I knew that it didn’t happen during shipping so I figured it happened at the factory before being boxed up but it was just the box so I didn’t think much of it. When opening the brush box I immediately saw a dark hair on the brush underneath the plastic... Having blonde hair myself I knew there was no possible way it could have been mine so it was obvious to me that the brush had been purchased by someone else, returned and then shipped off to me which is why the box appeared to be tampered with. I’m pretty disgusted at the fact they would send me a used brush that had been returned. I don’t understand why they wouldn’t inspect the returned brush to make sure it hadn’t been used before sending it to someone else advertising it as a “new” product. The fact that they didn’t even take the time to inspect it or sanitize it during the time of a pandemic just goes to show poor management in my eyes. I’m very disappointed with this purchase and would recommend going with a different company/brand if choosing to buy this detangling brush. There are a lot of other ones that I’m sure wouldn’t be sending out used, returned brushes.

Purchased for young granddaughter who has baby fine long hair that tangles easily. She dislike having her hair brushed to remove the snarls. This brush works like a champ! Combs through her hair easily and she no longer complains that “ it hurts” and doesn’t fight having her hair brushed. Works beautifully on wet or dry hair. Excellent purchase!
