Q: what form in the Choline in acetyl or tartrate ?

as I understand it there are several types of choline which are precursors of acetylcholine & choline bitartrate is one of them; another is choline chloride. (choline bitartrate in huge doses could harm the body so I understand it is better to take 3 seperate small doses , one after each meal)

Q: Does choline make stools darker?

I believe so, if it increases bile flow - that's what some people take it for - digestion and liver health rather than or as well as cognition.
