I strongly recommend this product to anyone with eczema skin conditions. My son is 18months and had really bad eczema before 1year old. We kept using those paraffin based emollient cream prescribed by GP. But they don't stay long on his skin so I had to apply very often every day. Since he's 1year old, his condition is much better only with stubborn eczema on his hands arms and legs and feet. I've used this product for over a month now, and those eczema are all gone except a little bit left on his fingers. I've recommended it to my friend's 3months old baby. And she also mentioned his condition has greatly improved in a few days. So I'm buying more for definite.This product also is very easy to absorb and not feeling oily at all. The smell is also very light and pleasant, not like other natural products with strong essential oil smell.This box could last up to two month for me. I apply twice a day all over my son's face and body. You don't need as much as the paraffin based cream each time. Just a thin layer does the job.

Bought for whole household to try...i have terrible detergent hands, 3 year old son has excema, and hubbie has psoriasis/dermatitis on his kness and elbows.To be honest, we got equally good results with a well known brand of moisturiser, that comes in a dark blue tub. It's ok...l won't buy again, but it might work for others. None of us experienced any improvement in skin condition.

Kinda fine. I'm not sure what the fuss is about this cream - it did not seem to do much to help my dry skin at all. It smells OK, did not cause further dryness but the pot size is tiny (100mls ), so it lasted me a whole week. No better than E45.

Please try this cream it's a miracle in a small tub.My skin improved within 24 hours it relieved my red itchy, burning flaky skin which was spreading after yet another flare up which I have had on and off for nearly a year. My skin is visibly healing and I think this cream is more effective than the steroids the GPs prescribe, which I feel damages the skin in the long run and stop working once your skin has adapted to it. This cream smells nice and absorbs well. I hope my hands continue to heal and pray this cream has lasting benefits. At this stage I suspect the eczema will be gone in a week or so.

I was initially disappointed at the size of the jar - I'd somehow anticipated that it was the same size as the body butters sold in town but it is considerably smaller so too expensive for me to use as an all over body cream. (I don't have eczema, just very dry skin.) But I used it on a tiny dry patch which had been irritating me for weeks and it went away within days. I have also used small amounts on my face and arms and a little goes a very long way. This is a superior moisturising cream which doesn't contain any irritating parabens. I really like it and, if it was cheaper, would use it exclusively.

A good product, but it is expensive and much cheaper moisturisers do the job just as well. The main benefit of this product is that it smells a lot more pleasant than the cheaper intensive moisturisers. I use this when I am concerned about smell and Cetroban when I’m not :).

Yet to know if it will really help with my daughters eczema but leaves her skin feeling really soft a good while after cream has been applied and soaks in well.

I don't think this worked for my 2yr old who has exzema the only thing I liked about this product was the smell
