Life Changing
I bought this on kindle and audio, so I've been able to spend every spare minute listening or reading. It really is full of good information from an author whom I feel I can trust. Though I'm not athletic I've been following Mark's blog for many years for his well-researched, informative stance on health and nutrition.I already knew a lot about low-carb and a bit about keto, but this goes a step further. It really explains the theory as well as the results. It has loads of great recipes and lots of advice on how to taylor the plan according to your individual needs and goals.It's becoming so obvious that our addiction to sugar and carbs is hurting so many of us that it's great to find a solution that really does work.

A very informative read.
I enjoyed reading The Keto Reset Diet book and I found it very enlightening and informative. I am new to Keto, and I found this book answered a lot of my questions. The concept of this book is good, by "easing" you into a ketogenic way of eating, and I found the menu plans and recipes easy to follow. I would definitely recommend this book to anybody that is new or is just starting out on their ketogenic way of life.

So far so good
I am on day three of the 21 day keto rest and am thoroughly enjoying the food. Some prep is involved with this and some breakfasts are cooked so am having to get up earlier than I would like to accommodate this. I have been falling into bad habits keto wise getting lazy and having too many treats ( sugar free choc ) and really not enough veg and salad and probably too much protein hence some pounds creeping back on. This book and meal plan is just what I needed to put me back on track, every recipe I have made so far is super delicious and healthy. One star off this review as I live in the UK and cannot purchase the authors recommended products ( kinda hate it when diet authors plug their own stuff) but to be fair it's easy enough to purchase keto friendly avocado oil based mayonnaise and vanilla whey powder on amazon uk. Also for anyone who is tracking their macros ( calorie, fat, carbs and protein) ,they are not listed in this book so maybe not for the purists out there. But would wholeheartedly recommend for a beginner to keto or for the delicious recipes alone.

Great Keto Book
I’m loving what I’m learning from this book and it’s so easy to understand and get as much from it as possible. Definitely recommend for anyone who’s struggled with keto and needs a push in the right direction!!

Informative but poor presentation.
I must admit that I was a little disappointed with this book. The information in it is solid and informative but the presentation needs a lot of work. With a book like this I expected glossy pages with easily digestible information and a lot more photos, especially in the recipe section. This book is far too wordy, often repeating itself and presented in a way that makes the information hard to take in. It isn't an easy read and I found it heavy going at times. The writer is a very informed, Intelligent and nice guy (watch his YouTube videos) but he should work with a graphic designer to package this information in a more digestible way.

Very easy to go in Keto with this book. Easy to read. Fun to read.

A different and refreshing perspective on keto
Having followed LCHF /keto/Primal principles for well over a year now I was in two minds whether it was worth buying this book - I wasn’t sure if I would learn anything new.I am so pleased I did, I feel like Mark Sisson’s take on the keto approach, focusing on developing metabolic flexibility and efficiency rather than on high blood ketone readings suits me much better and addresses some of the frustrations I had had with other approaches.There are some great recipes in the book which my husband (who does not eat low carb) is happy to eat. The book also has a great linked Facebook group which is a lovely, welcoming group with none of the drama that such groups often have.

Mark Sisson is the balance needed in the insane nutritional and diets world. His approach is sensible and well thought out and most importantly achievable as a life style. I’ve followed his Primal Blueprint and now this, he frees you from the shackles of counting and measuring and encourages you to enjoy your life in a healthy and practical manner.
