Its over a year that I bought it and it works perfectly. All data has been transferred without any problems and phone works really fast and smooth. No problems with battery or etc. I used it for work and it been fallen a lot times but it still solid and working same as I bought it.

I must admit that I was slightly skeptical about buying a refurbished phone but this particular phone has opened my eyes to what's possible as I transitioned from a Sansung Galaxy A32 64GB to this masterpiece of a 256GB device! Even though I enjoyed my simple and uncomplicated A32 (which is perfect for luddites, by the way 😉), I remained unenvious of those who think spending BIG 💵💵💵💵 on a (smart) phone could ever be a good idea.But, with this purchase, I acquired the (secret) formula for having my 🍰 and eating it, too! Refurbished doesn't mean "second-hand" or "second-rate" in terms of quality, functionality, features and user-friendliness. I now see that it is possible to make a SMART phone purchase and not pay a DUMB price for it!When paired with a case and screen protector purchase from JETech (also available here on Amazon and reviewed separately) this was a quantum leap forward for me. The phone was in near perfect physical condition (only some minor scratches on the glass and a small gouge/dent on the metal border). This phone in it's satin-smooth, pearl-white finish is totally stunning and is as esthetically pleasing to look at as it is to hold. Samsung also packed a TON of goodies into this small device!It has performed nothing short of flawlessly out of the box and set-up using the Smart Switch App, though initially challenging, worked exceptionally well in the end! I may recommend getting a transfer USB-C Type cable to facilitate a (faster and hassle-free?) transfer from one phone to the other, though.But, so far, I do not regret this absolutely 💯 phone purchase!! A small sacrifice of that "new phone smell" 😉 did NOT mean a sacrifice of functionality and features AT ALL!!

Didn't really use this fully. Mostly tested the camera. The description said the color was pink gold, but I received a black phone. Hadn't paid attention to the fact that there were color selections on the ordering page. The metal frame was a bit scratched, but the rest of the phone seemed in good condition on the outside. It seemed to work, but I changed my mind about that particular model and returned it. I wasn't sure it was actually an unlocked phone because it had AT&T software on it that was not removable. Also thought it could've been packaged a little more securely.

Great condition, easy to move all my items over to it.Battery life is wonderful.

Useless! The phone comes in and isn't unlocked! It was locked to T-Mobile and I had to return the phone because there was already a previous account under the network rendering the phone useless! If your gonna buy a phone you expect it to do what it's intended to do! Don't buy! It's a waste of money!

I gave it a 5 star because the phone was as good as new. No scratches, no issues, everything works perfectly. Battery life is good, I found no faults

I bought this as a replacement for an LG Stylo 6. It's smaller than I'm used to, but I can adjust to that. I love the color. Despite being "renewed", it has no damage or scratches. It's lightening fast, has plenty of storage, and will suit my needs just fine. I don't really play a lot of games or watch a lot of videos. The big problem, however, is the battery life. It's horrible. I've adjusted brightness and background apps with no improvement. I do use my phone a lot, but even with my old phone I didn't have to charge it twice a day. If I worked outside the home, it would be a bigger problem for me, but since I don't go out much, it's alright. I bought a portable charger to toss in my purse, so that helps.

This is the 2nd phone I got. The 1st a light pink phone was still locked and I had to send it back for a refund. Wasn't the happiest about that. But the 2nd phone. The black one is good just wish I could have had the pink like I had originally got
