I have purchased these silica capsules, as I wanted to add silica to my vitamins for two reasons - promoting strong bones (and therefore reducing my risk of osteoporosis in older age and helping with my active lifestyle) and helping with the condition of my skin hair and nails. Silica is a mineral that the body uses to help utilise calcium into strong bones and teeth, etc. It also reported to help promote a proper mineral balance between calcium and magnesium in the body. Silica also helps with transport of necessary for growth and vitality to areas of the body such as skin, hair and nails. As my multivitamin and mineral supplement contains only calcium and vitamin D3, I felt that a silica supplement would be a good addition. This supplement also contains selenium and biotin. Selenium is reported to hair antioxidant properties and help protect cells from damage. Biotin is meant to help with hair loss (preventing it of course), brittle nails and conditions such as skin rashes. So these in the supplement are nice, complimentary additions. The item arrived quickly and as described. Tablets are in a resealable pouch, which is easy to store. I have only just started taking them, so will need to update at some stage on how I am finding their effectiveness.

I have been buying these for dome time now to help with hair loss. Unfortunately for me they have not helped my hair but have been very good for my nails which I can now grow without splitting and breaking. I noticed this last batch is smaller in size which makes it easier to swallow, I am hoping it is only filler they're leaving out not the active ingredient.

THIS IS DEFINITELY A GOOD SOURCE OF SILICA; IMMEDIATE EFFECTS. I DID NOT LIKE THE DELIVERY THOUGH BECAUSE THE ITEM WAS PUSHED ONLY HALF WAY THROUGH THE MAILBOX SLOT. The item MUST be pushed right through the letterbox slot - otherwise predators can easily pull it back out again. THANK YOU.

Silica is one of the few supplements that actually makes a visible difference to your skin. This one is sourced from Bamboo, a particularly potent source, in addition to the bamboo, it also contains 100% RDA of Selenium and Biotin. I noticed the transformation in my skin after only a week, my skin is radiant, smoother, looks younger, fresher and glowing, I don't even need to wear foundation and a lot of people noticed the difference. Yes there is a potent sulphur odour when you open the bag but unsure if this is from the bamboo or the selenium. Works as well as Nourikrin but for a fraction of the price, combine with shark cartilage and collagen for maximum results.

Item arrived damaged. Package was still sealed but a good portion of the capsules inside were burst so there was lots of powder in the bag. However Amazon and Linden dealt wth the problem quickly and well.

This is the product I have been waiting for many years. I heard of silica and selenium as a vital component in nutrition for many conditions but could never find one. This is something everyone should be using especially as you get older as it keeps the structure of your cells strong and you're less likely to get ill. I've been using it for a few months now and feel I can push myself a bit further than I could before.

These were fine but I had to cut costs so eliminated my repeated purchases of this silica for now.

Ich nehme das Produkt jetzt schon drei Wochen her und muss sagen, dass meine Haut sich verbessert hat. Aber meine Haut die massiv zu Unreinheiten neigte ist viel besser und feiner geworden. Leider ist der lästige fettige Glanz nicht verschwunden. Aber wer oft Probleme mit Unreinheiten hat, kann getrost zugreifen. Ich würde es wieder tun.

Capsules are kinda large (for me), so I stir the contents into a spoonful of applesauce. No taste! Excellent product. Quick shipping from the UK. After taking these for a month, my 60 year old skin and nails improved! Plaque psoriasis on my arm and on my ring finger just went away! I'm no longer needing to cut my paper-thin fingernails short because of chipping and breaking. And they grow fast now. I expect to see more improvement over time. I'll definitely keep ordering these and recommend them!
