I purchased this remote to replace my old one, it came via prime and when it arrived I simply swapped it out for the old one and it worked perfectly, I was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was and can highly recommend this remote for your Sky box. It was an identical remote to my original with all the buttons in the same place and enabled a smooth transition for easy use.It connects perfectly and is exactly per spec.

I thought the volume control and mute didn't work - my own fault for not choosing the correct code for the unit. I input my original code from the old remote and this one worked perfectly. Anyone having a problem - keep trying the different codes until you find one where everything works - or do as I did and use the one you found for the original remote.

Could not believe how easy it was. Opened box inserted batteries pointed at sky HD box and it worked straight away. All within 5 minutes. What a relief.Just to add getting the volume to work took a little longer. OK now.
