Very good item
The mug is very nice, the print is 99% perfect. There is a small shade on top of the logo, not sure if it is due to the different colour of the mug and the white background of the logo but it is barely noticeable. No cracks or chips,it came very well packed in a box and bubble wrap. Recommended.

Very poor quality.
Print quality is very bad. It is patchy, uneaven and has some lines running through it. The mug picture it cut off at the top. There is the same print on both sides of the mug and both are positioned differently on the mug and are both patchy/ different shaddes. I actually bought 2 of these mugs and all four sides on both mugs are different.
