Didn’t expect such a quick effect! I ordered it a while ago, for ADHD improvement, but gave it a try 4 days ago for calming anxiety and sleep quality. In last few months due to anxiety, couldn’t get more than 5-6 h of sleep, after 1st time taking 2 caps of this slept 9,5 hours of nice and peaceful sleep!!! Next night the same! Third night took only 1 cap and slept 7,5 h…. So, for sure it DOES improve SLEEP! Awaiting the rest of benefits in longer term use!

Bought for sleep quality and to help with migraines. Smooth tablet which I find easy to swallow. No taste from them. 4 weeks in and find I am sleeping quicker even through a very stressful time in my life. Usually I’d have been awake all night. No migraines as yet. I started taking iron supplements at the same time which I’ve found my skin broke out in acne, so I can’t figure if it’s these or the iron just yet although I have read excess iron increase skin oil so most likely that. Happy overall with these tablets and will continue to buy.

Bought these to help manage work stress and the effects of menopause. Only been taking for just over a week and so far have had no ill side effects, I do feel they help me with clarity of mind and to prevent tiredness during the day.

After taking this product I feel so much better it really does what it says .. I would highly recommend it ! I have no negatives about this product !

My husband and I have started to take this supplement to help with brain function as we get older. Like that they are easy to swallow soft gels and not large tablets as some other magnesium supplements. Still early days but hoping they will also help with sleep quality and reducing stress as have read positive things about this form of magnesium supplement.

I'm glad I've ordered the magnesium l-threonate ,at first I had doubts if this will help me but after 3 weeks I can really see improvements,helped me to sleep better and not keep waking up in the middle of the night,helped me with my memory and overall my mood .I will definitely repurchase this product again!

Does what it says on the tin

I bought this because of the many reviews saying it helps with sleep. I thought I'd give it a good try out, and took it for three months. It made no difference at all to my sleep. I felt no benefit whatsoever from taking this quite expensive supplement.
