Amazing Iron
Why on earth did I wait so long to get one of these irons. It’s a dream, no altering settings for different materials it very cleverly works it out. NEVER BURNS any clothing and it’s quite powerful. Takes lots of water and needs topping up but that’s a small issue compared to performance. Ironing done in such a short time compared to my old iron. Such great value as it saves time, not too heavy and is easy to use. Switches itself off after about 8 minutes of non use, brilliant.

Very good for the right person...
This iron can be heavy after using for a while but that's good for some, it makes ironing easier and for 2 adults and 2 kids its great. We don't iron everything but this gets through it in no time. The steam is really powerful and auto temperature seems to work fine (and quick heat up).As the steam system is onboard unlike my old one which was a tank separate this drinks water but the top up hole is large and no bother to fill with water. It also was the filter in the base so should not need distilled water. I did hardcore research for an iron and been very happy with this purchase.

Great iron, despite the higher price, compared to other irons
The info booklet is not in English, so you have to use the images only. It's in EVERY other language. It takes longer then expected to warm up but it's great at ironing all materials. I went from cotton to wool to silk and there were no issues. It's larger then expected but that means you iron more material in one stop pass. The cable is a good length, unlike any previous iron. A good weight, so that helps remove creases. It currently costs £5 less than I paid a week before, and the price I paid was best on the Internet at that time. I do HIGHLY recommend it. Hopefully it'll last a long time, thanks to the long guarantee. I now don't dread ironing.

Great iron, shame about the cord
Really great iron and so easy to use. It is so nice not to have to keep changing the setting. The only negative about this iron is that you cannot wrap the cord around anything on the iron and it just hangs loose when put away.

This deserves the NEGATIVE reviews....
PLEASE READ THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS BEFORE PURCHASING. Bought this last year to replace yet another failing 'steam-generator' model. It worked OK. By OK I mean it was average. It worked, I guess, as in it ironed stuff. It also spat out water (and limescale) regularly - EVEN AFTER DESCALING (using the built-in descaling feature). Then, after about 8 months, it just stopped working. It won't heat up. At all. Contacted Amazon who are sending it for repair. I doubt that this will help much, as I've seen too many comments where the failure was deemed to be 'mis-use' and therefore not covered under warranty - so we'll see how that goes..... In summary, it's barely fit for purpose - and it's not a budget buy either!!

Best iron
This might seem expensive for an iron but trust me it knocks all irons out the window. It’s amazing how it changes temperatures for the different garments each time. Wish I’d have bought it ages ago ironing time cut down it fabulous
