My doctor prescribed that I take this 3 times a day to help with thyroid and adrenal health. I currently take it once a day with my ascorbic acid. I really do like it. It has a calming effect. I never seem to remember to take it more than once a day. Good product. A little expensive especially if I were to take it 3x a day!

Has been a huge help with my crippling anxiety. I had been missing at least one day of work per week due to panic attacks (and still experienced panic attacks while at work, some days) and woke up shaking every morning. This went on for months and a co-worker recommended this supplement to me. I've since managed to get myself back to driving on the freeway (something I was incapable of doing previously) and have found that this also helps with my migraines and stiff neck. Highly recommend at least giving it a try if you've experienced severe anxiety problems.

My nutritionist originally recommended this product. I wasn't sure about its effectiveness and then I developed a 'bonus' hearbeat - benign, but SO annoying! I couldn't lay quietly in bed without feeling this weird extra heartbeat. So, I started taking the Cenitol again and - voila! - the extra heartbeat disappeared. The label says 'nervous system support' - and I'm a believer! I discussed this with my doctor and he felt it was possible that the Cenitol was quieting my heart 'beat'.

This powder is easy to use, tasty in drinks and is a well known brand for purity and quality. It was rec by my MD especially for kids, but I find it convenient to order online rather than go to her office to buy replacements when I run low.
