No, no.
Just no. there's several other one star reviews - not made for actually obese person, straps small, complicated put together that's not even connected so as to actually be supportive. gonna be trying to return this.

🩺 Product Review: BraceAbility Obesity Belt Stomach Holder 🩺
As someone dealing with degenerative disc disease and seeking relief from lower and mid-back pain, I recently tried the BraceAbility Obesity Belt Stomach Holder in hopes of finding some support and comfort. Here's my honest assessment of this product: Upon receiving the belt, I appreciated its intended purpose and potential benefits for individuals with larger waist sizes like myself. However, upon closer inspection and use, I encountered some challenges that ultimately impacted its effectiveness. One notable issue I encountered was with the design and functionality of the straps. As someone who wears plus-size clothing (typically size 22-24 women's), I found the straps to be excessively long and skinny. This made them difficult to manage and adjust to achieve a secure and comfortable fit. Additionally, the narrowness of the bands made them less effective at providing adequate support and containment, especially for a larger midsection. While I had hoped that the Obesity Belt would offer relief by helping to alleviate pressure on my lower back, I found that its design limitations hindered its ability to effectively hold and support my stomach as intended. The lack of proper adjustability and width in the straps contributed to a feeling of instability and ineffectiveness. Furthermore, I couldn't help but feel that the design of the belt may be more suited for pregnant women, who often require support and stabilization for their growing bellies. For individuals like myself seeking relief from back pain associated with obesity or degenerative disc disease, a more robust and adjustable design would likely be more beneficial. In summary, while the BraceAbility Obesity Belt Stomach Holder may have potential benefits for certain users, particularly pregnant women, its design limitations and inadequate support make it less suitable for individuals with larger waist sizes and specific medical conditions such as degenerative disc disease. Don’t buy not worth it. It made me so mad
Didn’t work well at all. Doesn’t stay in place for a large size person who really needed it to stay in place for support. We wasted our money.

Queens great!
I'm using to hold up my fat muffin and it's really holding me in lessening my back up pain. I'm working on losing weight but needed something extra that wouldn't fold over or under the muffin top.

Comfortable support for my belly
I bought this to support my belly. My belly now droops uncomfortably low, and I wanted it be lifted for support and so it doesn't jiggle as much when I walk. This belt does that very well. I find it comfortable.

No good if you are actually obese
I am obese. I had hoped that this item could help me move around by displacing the weight of stomach. 2XL maybe OK for someone who is overweight but not so much for a truly obese person. It is too small in circumference; way to narrow (folds over thus cutting into you) and does not actually hold the belly up (again the belly part is way too narrow). My advice for a truly obese person is DON'T BOTHER with this item

I had lost weight I had a bit of an apron happening. This product was hard to put on and did not help support anything. Maybe if someone dressed me I'd have better luck.

This is a product that has really good use. However, for me, it’s not enough. I have an apron belly that is too low and too big to fit comfortably. I’d need a much larger belly holder. When I lose weight, I will buy this product again, but in a smaller size. I know it will help my back.
