This is the highest tier of flat iron I have ever used, and it produced PROFESSIONAL results. Results were giving SILK, bone straight and smooth hair. It lasted so long. For reference, I have waist-length high-density fine 3c/4a natural hair with highlights. I had zero heat damage, and I blow-dried my hair with my Dyson using the comb attachment and then flat ironed my hair on 380 degrees. I did one pass using the chase method with a fine-tooth comb. Now I have to stop myself from wearing only straight hair. Do yourself a favor and pull the trigger on this purchase! It is worth every penny!

Product came with a dent on it. It does get very hot, so please be careful if you purchase it. I've only used it one. I hope it lasts longer than it did for others people. This thing cost too much to quit after a few months!
