My hose arrived in May - promptly and all was in order. It worked really well initially. Sadly it burst within three months. On the positive side the customer service from the vendor was absolutely faultless. They responded to my communication quickly and once they had a photo of the damage very quickly replaced the item. I am hoping for longer service from this second one. So the reason I can't give five stars is that the product did quickly develop a fault...I would like to give five stars for customer service though.

I would love to give this hose a better review but unfortunately mine has sprung a small leak a few days after the returns window has closed and there seems to be no way to contact the seller to rectify the issue. It extends really well and reaches right to the end of my long garden. It takes hardly any room to store.Edit: on seeing my review the seller has offered to send a replacement which I think is very good customer service.

Well packaged although this is the second one ive had to order in 18 months they unfortunately don't last long I am extra careful to empty it after use and stored in shed over the winter I'm also careful not to drag it round bricks on the corner of my house this one is supposed to be upgraded we will see time will tell

As I have a large garden it is difficult to get a hose that can reach all parts. This manages very well and if you extend it to it's full range before turning on the water it isn't too heavy to move around. However, because of it's length you need to take care not to get your feet tangled up. Generally speaking I'm pleased with it.

Reaches where I wanted, only arrived today so to early to judge performance but like others the wall fitting is missing.

It was fairly inexpensive and does the job. It doesn't look particularly well made or sturdy, but for what I paid I am very happy. I won't leave it out in winter but for summer hosing of plats at a distance does its job. Cheap but effective.
