Decades of quality and taste
My nother used to buy it when we were settled aborad. This was more of an item made to export to foreign countries, for the NRIs. It's more of a garam masala mix and can be used alone to make yummy subji or gravy. Anything you want, veg or non veg. I was very sad when we couldn't find it after coming to India. On a trip to Chennai, I even roamed around some shops which had the name madrass masala, just to know it's not what I was looking for. A random search on Amazon eventually landed me to this and since then I have been stacking it in ammas cupboards. A must have for everyone. Super glad it's available within India now.
