Takes time but worth it

These strawberry gummies are sweet and taste pretty good. They take awhile to see a difference, but after finishing the bottle it does help with my nails. Not as much difference with my hair.

These Biotin gummies really taste good! They are not sticky coming of the jar - so easy to get out and consume. They do taste like strawberry with no weird aftertaste. I like that they are made in the USA - and that you get a month and a half worth of gummies if you take the recommended two a day (90 in the jar). One thing I did do some research on was the claim that these gummes support fat metabolism. I read that Biotin does indeed help with this - so another plus in benefit besides improving hair, nails and skin. Recommend these!

No upset belly. The gummies are on the drier side so they do not stick together in the bottle. Since I've only been taking these for a few days, I cannot attest to the long-term benefits. I have enjoyed adding these to my morning routine.

I hate taking pills and these have made it so much easier to remember to take my vitamins. They taste great like fruit snacks and I look forward to chewing them at bedtime almost as a sweet snack. I've also noticed my nails and hair are thicker and have experienced less breakage. Not sure if it's connected but It's the only thing I've done differently.
