Affordable and came quickly, the pills are not thick but they are long and it could be hard to swallow for those who can’t handle bigger tablets. Easy fits in with my vitamin regimen

I usually take 500 mg magnesium oxide when I need to get the bowels moving again. My local store stopped carrying those so I found these 250 mg caplets. I love the small size of the coated caplet, so much easier to swallow. And more economical than the 500 mg I used to get. The seems to be a good brand, committed to quality, have used other products by them.

Amazing. Probably not amazing for everyone, but it is for me. I am over 50, and taking statins. I am a trail runner, who eats pretty health. For years I have been dealing with mild joint pain and low circulation. Which sucks as a runner. My muscle and joint pain is my major medical complaint. I have tried tons of stuff to combat it over the years. I have tried a slew of medications and supplements, with only mild success. My DR has not helped. You don't get much sympathy when you say you are having minor aches and pains when you are over 50. And things hurt more than they used to when you go over 10 miles. So I have been trying a supplement a month of whatever the internet says might help. So I tried this, I felt a bit better, but I did not realize how much until I missed a dose. I woke up to my toes, and hips aching like they used to, and just feeling crappy. Took my morning dose, and things started feeling normal, like proper normal, as if I was in my 40's again.

I like this magnesium a lot. My only complaint is the lid. My 1st bottle is bought the lid broke off within a week. I got my second bottle delivered today with the lid broken off. I won't return it because I like it and the price is right but I have to worry about spilling them on the floor and I dont want my dog to get a hold of one. If I had little children I would be even more worried. I have to transfer them to a different bottle just to make sure my dog doesn't take one off of the floor. If it were for the lid I would give it 5 stars.

Great price for a needed supplement

These are a smaller pill than the ones that I used to get from the pharmacy store, so I'm very happy with them, and will reorder; plus they help keep the cramps in my legs away.

Magnesium that is easily absorbed and helps you sleep. Just the right size pill for the amount of magnesium contained. Helped with leg cramps and getting to sleep. I love this brand and will continue to purchase because they use high quality ingredients and the brand is trustworthy.

Looks good but no benefit I think megnesium oxide helps more people less than 30 years but it didn't helped at all
