Good Value as Refurb Speakers at This Price Point - 2003 Jeep Wrangler
As of 1/30/2024, these refurbished speakers cost $100 which seems like a good value. I can now clearly hear individual instruments in songs - could not do so with my old speakers. If you buy these, you'll find that the sound clarity holds true, when turning up the volume (I have a JVC system; 50W RMS per-channel). Better performance than the Polk 4x6 option, too.

Guess I got lucky, or they were returns new in the box on 2 orders?Either way ordered 2 pairs & both arrived 100% brand new in the box, never touched.As for the sound quality, if you have never heard a set of these & HATE 4X6 speakers.... These things are the greatest thing since SLICED BREAD!

Great and clean sound
I was skeptical about buying a refurbished product. I was super pleased to see them appear to be brand new in a box. It came with everything. The sound is amazing. The clarifying is unreal.

Installed in my 1989 S15 Jimmy with some modification.
I needed new speakers for my 1989 S15 Jimmy front dash. The speaker size is 4X6 and the drivers side dash has limited space. The passenger side fit without any issues . The drivers side speaker had interference. The speaker needed to be moved left about 1/4 inch or less to fit the opening. I cut off the factory mounting posts. Then positioned the speaker to the left and mounted the speaker to the factory grille by drilling for mounting holes and using the supplied screws to mount the speaker to the grille. The grille and speaker fit right in place. The speakers sound great from my Pioneer head unit.

Loud and lasted so far
Sound quality is a pretty solid, for being remanufactured you couldn’t even tell. A better stereo would do them justice. Bass is mid but again a better stereo is needed to get full potential
