Works awesome and no cramping

In the 3 years that i've relied on this product due to a medical condition, I have not grown 'immune' to it. It works every time and is a value for the money. I consume at least 32 ounces of water a day so hydration is no problem for me. These do not dehydrate. The lid, thank you very much, is easy to use...painful joints don't get in the way of opening it.

Super great product. Works! Never felt sick, just had relief. I'm a Ozempic user, so I have trouble with that issue.

I possibly could give this product 5 stars, however I found the results to be variable. Truth be told that could just be my body. I use this instead of Senna or other OTC products. The natural ingedients make it my go to. Will continue to use.

I naively thought this was okay for every day use. It turned my colon black. Chemo caused constipation. Now using Mirlax with doctor’s recommendation. The Vital Lax worked really good though.

USE FIBER AND LOTS OF WATER. OCCASIONAL USE IS OK. GOOD PRODUCT
