Laser toner last a long time
Always great quality with HP toner ink. Costs a few bucks but well worth the cost. For a small business, I need that reliability and this toner provides that comfort. Highly recommend.

when we received the printer cartridge it did not work. the company sent a replace post haste- and we returned the bad one.

Failed prematurely
This item has done significant damage to my HP5200 printer, necessitating a service call to clean toner sprayed throughout the inside of the printer. In addition to costing nearly $200, it has cost me more than $300 in a service call. I attempted to initiate a return (the last status showed 80% remaining toner), but got a brusk "beyond the return window" message, so it looks like I am out of luck.

I have never had a problem with genuine toner from HP. I had a problem with one of the "compatible" products which required a tech to clean and repair the printer to fix. I'll never go back to compatible products.

Total ripoff! Not even a genuine HP product!
The HP box had been opened, there was no overwrap (black bag) around the cartridge, and there was a label on the HP box indicating it was a return to HP for recycling! As a test, I put it in my printer and it said this was not an HP-built cartridge! How could Amazon let this slip through as a NEW product?
