The Residential Retrofit Pipe Flashing is a high-performance EPDM and stainless steel flashing designed for shingle roofs with pitches from 15° to 45°. Great flashing
This worked great to go over an existing weatherhead flashing. The rubber is thick and seems durable.

A bit pricey, but well built.
A bit more than I expected to pay, but the local big box stores don't carry anything like it. Honestly, in the grand scheme of things, and with the type of construction, it's mostly worth the cost. Let's hope it lasts as long as the my new roof I installed.

Seems to hold up well
This product was for electrical flashing on a house we just bought. It was very easy to install and seems to be made of a durable material which explains the price. There were plenty of clips for sealing it properly. Highly recommend this if needed and cannot get around electrical wiring for roof flashing.
