Yum! And very high in protein
This is a seed but works just like couscous (which is processed wheat). It is a great to toss into salads, eat hot with a delicious veggie stew/sauce mix encircled by millet. It has many health benefits and is not expensive. I buy 2.5kg or 5 kg and eat it at least once a week. Short cooking time.

I want refund.
The media could not be loaded. This buckwheat is horrible! Part of it boils to bits like porridge and some of stays raw. The quality is very bad . Proper Roasted buckweat would stay every grain separately after boiling it. This buckweat is not Roasted properly and not in the right way. Very disappointed. Will not advise to anyone to purchase this product. I want refund!!! And never use this company again!

Not for human consumption
It's not organic at all. There are no Roundap standards from Ukraine. It's not even suitable for animal feed. Mendeleev's table and you call it organic. You should be sued for selling this to the market!!
