My teen is a picky eater...
because she has sensory issues with textures and tastes. She said, "they taste kind of gross, but after a while I started to not mind so much.". She likes that they're gummies but said the taste takes some getting used to. I was surprised, but happy, she persisted. I admit to trying another brand in capsule form after the first bottle, not at her request but due to the cost. She said she felt better when she was taking the SmartyPants, so now we're on our 4th bottle. They are expensive, but after searching for an equivalent to what these gummies offer- I realized it's less expensive buying this supplement that includes everything she needs. She's struggling, like many other teens in 2020, with depression/anxiety and has always had poor focus. If she's taking them because she feels a bit better, I'm buying them. I should add that this vitamin is certainly not a cure for depression and anxiety, but it is a *supplement* that seems to help a bit, it seems.

Great taste and great for your child’s health
Well it’s gummies so you know it’s great. However its only drawback is that it’s real sweet tho the taste isn’t all that. It’s chewable, easily absorbed and helps in your children’ health and wellbeing. Better to stay healthy and away from the doctor’s office until necessary.

READ THIS! PLEASE!
does your teen have adhd or behavioral/energy/listening problems?? BUY THIS! my adhd teen has had her life changed since taking these. I keep telling people I think I found the holy grail of vitamins. lol. she's so fun to be around now & have conversations with. she listens so much better. whatever this is doing to her brain & body is 100% worth the $30 I'm gonna have to spend a month now. she's addicted to chicken nuggets & only other specific foods & refuses to eat vegetables & even tho she loves fruit, she doesn't get enough & she doesn't eat fish so I originally bought this for nutrient gaps. but the way it's transformed her has been crazy. her dad & I make sure she doesn't miss a day. lol. she takes it every morning when she wakes up. if your teen is breaking out from this, keep going! eventually it will lessen. they're finally getting what they need & changes happen. that's normal. if you don't see a difference in ANYTHING, the first month, keep going!! give it about 3 months. my daughter clearly needed this. I did a lot of vitamin searching & tried others before this one. I did a TON of review reading. & THESE... wow. changed her life & changed our relationship with her. I honestly never expected that. but her body responded to these so well!! it seems like her body is truly absorbing all of it & using it properly. she must have had some serious nutrient gaps or something. 😭 (picky eater problems) anyways, getting these on subscription now. lol. thanks!!

Great multivitamin, but my kid doesn’t like the taste
My daughter used to like the taste of these vitamins. They might have changed the formula a few months back because suddenly, she stopped liking them. She would even pretend to eat them, then spit them out into the trash. But I can tell from her breakouts and dryness when she isn’t taking them. They make such a difference in her complexion, her energy levels, and how she feels in general so I will continue to buy them. Now, I just watch her to make sure she eats them every morning.

A brand we trust
This is my go to brand for the kids. Easy to chew, taste good, seems to do the job. Semi clean ingredients make it great for kids and teens.

Muy buenas vitaminas, solo me gustaría la opción sin azúcar para mi hija que no le gusta el azúcar, tengo que lavarlas siempre

Good Quality, Decent Price but Unpleasant Taste
Daughter does not like the fishy taste - I tried one and they aren't that pleasant. Smarty Pants makes one without the fish oils that is very palatable.

Folate is a plus, but note, you may need additional iron supp
My daughter has been taking this for a while, (hasn’t finished a jar.) Haven’t necessarily notice a difference just yet, but the reason for my five star review is because it is one of the few multivitamins for children that has folate instead of folic acid. This is very important for people with MTHFR, which happens to make up 40% of the population. However, it’s important to know it doesn’t have iron in it. It works out in our cases as my daughter is currently on a higher iron supplement.

My teenage girls are happily taking them. This has not been the case with some other brands.
