The product doesn't work. Received it ~7 days after the order. It wasn't working, changed batteries as well. Ordered replacement which arrived within 2 days. Even the replaced product doesn't work. Now not sure whether to order replacement again. Useless product, total waste of money.

Excellent
I didnt expect a replacement so good as the original one. But surprisingly this remote is one fantastic replacement option. Except for the delicate glass area, overall good quality!!
