Works nice, but it got 70% pricier over the last 8 month. Cost 13$ in April 2025, 22$ in Jan 2026.

👍 It does smell wonderful, and it’s relatively safe for humans and septic systems . Killing slime with probiotics is a worthwhile process, but patience and diligence is a must. It is not for drain clogs, it’s for nasty slime that causes odors and bugs. The principle idea is that probiotics safely digest slimy organic matter. (fruit flies love nasty, stinky slime). The microbe spores activate when in contact with their food source, slime. This product isn’t thick enough in my opinion to cling to sides of drain properly. A thick coating enhances digestion of scum and elimination of odors. Requiring less product to be effective. A thin coating goes to waste. Initially the process takes a large amount of the bottle to start. Then there is maintenance after the product begins doing its job. There are numerous similar products out there with different prices and results. I’m choosing to use my original drain probiotic cleaner which is cheaper and more effective, it’s orange colored. I will keep this Meyers lavender for treating the occasional drain that just needs a simple monthly boost of freshness or when company is coming. The lavender has a really nice scent. The concept of getting rid of odors and slime hiding in the drains is very much worth a try.

We live in a ranch house that is over 100 years old, including the pipes. We can't do much but replace the rusted pipes. Until then, this has been exceptional with keeping the product/hair/hard water build up at bay.

Did not expect much but this got rid of the gross smell from our kitchen sink drain after all the other tricks didn’t work! And the flowery smell doesn’t stick around.

This product works well for me. Our home is about 20 years old and the drain on the kitchen sink started to smell bad. I used this product as directed on the drain side and also the disposal side. Be sure to clean your diposal first-there are many Youtube videos on how to do this. After treatment with this product the smell is gone for about 3 months, when it returns just treat again. Usually, the smell returns with warmer weather.

Seems to work but scent is far too strong it makes my head dizzy.
