Has been working like a dream for my 3.5 yo. He is usually hyper before bed. I apply it between his shoulder blades after a bath cause he still runs around barefoot so I feel like it does work and is super calming. I will be buying this for him again and again!

This magnesium spray have not disappointed me, 2 sprays to the back and neck, under the feet and he is really calm, it irrates his skins for a minute then it is calm , but I would recommend this to parents dealing with hyper children. Real value for money.

Magnesium spray oil was recommended to me to help our toddler sleep longer throughout the night. We haven't used it long but I do think it's helping a bit, she definitely slept a longer stretch and without trying to demand bottles, a habit we are trying to break because she's 2 and a half. She really enjoyed having this rubbed into her feet and calves, plan to make it a nightly thing and hope not continues to help!! She definitely loves it and asks for it to be put on.

Works fine but it definitely still causes the uncomfortable tingling/itchy feeling kids hate. So now I'm back to square one getting magnesium into my kids because my kids hate this spray already.
