These Oticon hearing aid silicone bells fit on the end of the hearing aid wire and inserts into the ear canal. The shape of these non-vented bells fit me better than vented ones. They can be a bit tricky to set onto the end of the wire, but with practice they slip on nicely. For me, they fit and seal against the sides of the ear canals more effectively than the vented ones. They are not expensive, but if you wish you can wash them in warm soapy water, let them dry and reattach to the hearing aid.

I was ready to give up hope that anything could enhance my hearing, but the Power domes have helped considerably. Thank You

These last me a while! I like getting these because they’re the same ones my audiologist gives me and I like to replace the domes here and there

These double domes are just what I need to hear clearly at the present settings on my hearing aids. I had ordered 6 mm ones but they squealed like crazy letting out sound. My usual single dome open regular 8 mm weren't working very well but these 8 mm closed double domes are perfect and I don't need to up the volume at all. The double domes fit tightly and I use ear drops in my ear to let them slide in easily. Then pulling down on my ear to open up the canal makes them easier to remove; they fit tightly.

I bought these because the other style of tip sometimes gives me an issue with fit and function. My audiologist gave me a few to try out - they worked so much better in terms of fit and clarity of sound that I bought a package of them to keep around. Now I use these exclusively. They work great in all situations. Range, home, meetings, etc. If your regular tips are not working or if you suspect a problem with sound 'leaking' in to your devices, try these. they seal well and seem to let the sound travel better to the inner ear.

These Oticon mini domes (8mm, 10-count) arrived quickly and fit my hearing aid perfectly—no issues with that. They work as expected, but I’m frustrated by the price. I used to pay around $8, but now it’s double that plus an extra dollar! These are just tiny pieces of plastic, and for that price, they’re really not worth it anymore. I might look for cheaper alternatives next time like a different company on Amazon or at my local audiologist office who sells them for cheaper than $17. Stop being greedy! People depend on these to hear and live their lives. If the price hikes is due to tariffs, be transparent about that massive hike to your customers.
