Returned it wrong one but looked good

I bought this directly from the manufacturer, which was a little lower price. The package was damaged in shipment and the mounting hardware was gone. They replaced it very quickly and without question. So the customer service experience was great.Installation was about a 5 minute process. As for the muffler, it is a significant improvement. "Silent" is a stretch, and I was hoping for a little more, but it is much better than before. Why Polaris sells these with useless factory mufflers is another conversation. As others have noted, there is still a lot of drive train noise that isn't part of the exhaust noise. A muffler won't stop the bed squeaks and rattles. If you're trying to sneak up on an elk, this probably won't help you. If you are trying to drive out of a neighborhood for morning ranch chores without waking everybody up, it really helps. Mine is the high altitude version if that makes any difference. Would recommend it.

if your looking for it to be as quiet as a car ... not going to happen! based on 570-4 crewwill it reduce the noise yes .... I used an audio noise meter for the following standing behind unit at an idle before 77db after 50 dbin the cab at an idle (with windshield) before 78db after 61dbaccelerating in cab before 84db after 75decelerating in cab before 78db after 74reduces but does not eliminate decellerating popping
