Works as it should
I had a really important document I needed to send off and my laptop died before I realised it's charger was no longer working.A could of clicks and a this charger arrived the following day. So far so good and less fiddly than the proper branded charger.

Not the best but it gets the job done.
It's not as fast a charge as the original cable I lost, and its already got wear and tear at the joint where the cable meets the block. now you can see the wires. I'll have to get another one at some stage but for now it gets the job done.

Sent out previously returned Item
It may be a great product but mine wouldn't switch on. It seems to me that the one they sent me had already been returned by a previous customer as the instructions were missing from the box.

I needed a surface pro charger, this was affordable and works perfectly.Recommended

perfect
When I need to take my computer with me, I hate to crawl under my desk to collect the charger. I bought this product just to avoid this task. I've plugged in a new charger and it charges without issue. It works the same as the factory charger, including the magnetic tip. A pleasant surprise is the longer rope. Since this is for travel, it's a good idea to have some extra power cord in case an outlet isn't nearby.

Saved by the charger
My granddaughter is a sophomore in high school and uses this for all classes. The charger is broken, so keep the downtime as short as possible. Our local store didn't have it, so I ordered this charger and it arrived in a day! !

In car charger
I used this 5 times and worked fine. 6th time it would not power on tried in a different car and still.did not work. Went on Amazon site to return the product but told nothing can be done,electrical.items have a 12 month warranty but not for this on Amazon site. Would not recommend
