Total Gym Fitness Station, Dynamic Plank Core and Ab Trainer Blast Machine with DVD

Excellent ab workout machine. After using the commercial grade version of this in the gym and getting good results in a short time, I decided I needed one for my home workout room. This is my favorite machine for working my abs and obliques.

This is one kick-butt exerciser! A simple, clean design insures that you will get the best workout for your abs, shoulders and back. Setting it up is straight-forward following the instructions and giving yourself about an hour or so to get it together. It comes with all of the necessary hardware but you will need a decent pair of cutters to remove the shipping tie-wraps. An exercise chart is also included and I keep it on the wall nearby to remind me of additional options for using this equipment. I was an idiot when I first put it together and did way too much the first couple of days I used it. Had to take a little time to recover from the soreness (and I’m someone who has 2 full rooms of exercise equipment & works out 7 days a week). But now I use it every day trying different techniques to get the best workout for me. I cannot attest to expected results, but I love to use it and I feel really great (sometimes a little exhausted) when I’m done. Everyone is different. Finally, I must say a few words about the seller VM Innovations. They are outstanding! I had some questions/concerns which they responded to within HOURS (not days like others out there) and they were helpful and extremely quick in getting the unit to me. The item arrived in perfect condition and ready to be assembled. I can’t say if this is something for everyone but I suggest doing a lot of online research before making your decision. I did. I visited so many different websites & read so much info that I nearly bought another Total Gym unit which would’ve been the wrong choice for me. I’m so glad I found this version. It is exactly what I needed.

The seller is amazing. Had to say this first. This item was so immaculately packed it took more energy getting it out of the box than it did putting it together. It was very easy to put together. One screw stripped but it's in so I'm good. Used it and it is solid. This is a great work out for abs. I've tried many other products and have to say I'll be using this a lot as part of my core routine. I'm happy with this purchase.

Very sturdy, can hold up to 300 lbs. Was not easy to assemble... but, I'm very much so a helpless girl when it comes down to assembly. My boyfriend would've put it together in 5 minutes. You do not feel like you've had a workout when using it... but I'm hoping over time, I will see results. I recommend getting the total gym over this. I want this machine to do so much more than what it does. But, I do like it.

I used the commercial version of this machine at the gym and bought this one for my home based on the positive reviews. Easy to assemble and does the trick — great machine I’ve been using ever since.

I first used the Total Gym Core Trainer at my gym in LA. It allows you to ease into stomach exercises and, as you get used to it, increase your reps and/or hold time without killing yourself. I know 5-star ratings are too common, but I can't find one thing wrong with this sturdy, easily assembled, easily stored and convenient to use device. This one is lighter than the $1500 commercial model, but is not tinny or weak.

Poor workmanship, this should have taken 10 minutes to assemble, took me 1.5 hr. Wholes would not align to tighten screws, right and left brackets was marked in reverse. Had to purchase different screws to assemble. I would have returned the item, but worked on it too long to pack up and send it back. I have not test it out to see if function well, too tired. 😩would not recommend

I use one of the these at the gym and I love it. This one is not the commercial version, (which, if I could find, I might consider buying) but it works pretty well. It is stable enough, (I am 250 lbs) and gives a good ab work out. Crunches cause me to move my head a lot, and that is uncomfortable to me. This machine, allows for a good ab exercise, but your head remains still. The knee pad is a little smaller than the commercial one, and the slide length is probably 6 inches shorter than the commercial one at the gym. I am very happy with it, because it gives me the work out I desire at a pretty small price.....I might buy another one for the office.
