Nice and dainty but not too dainty
To be honest I didn't know if I was going to like this set of silverware but it is very good quality and I do like the brand

This flatware is fine.
This flatware is fine. It's not unattractive and does all the things that flatware should do. Each piece feels durable and like it will last awhile everything is amazingly light. If you like light flatware, this should be your jam. If you prefer flatware that makes you feel like you're holding something in your hand, this is a good set to buy if you need flatware immediately and don't have quite enough to buy a nice heavy set. These will probably make up the heart of my second string flatware for the rest of my life. I've accepted this as truth.

nice weight and feel
I bought a set for my son/daughter-in-law after having gotten one for myself. They have a nice weight and feel to them. I like them better than any other flatware I've owned.

Not the usual Oneida quality
I have bought a couple Oneida sets years ago and these aren't up to those standards. They have a nice polish, but the bottoms are over-ground and most of the pieces have a sharp edge there, though the rest of the handles are nice. Then many of the tips on the forks and spoons also have sharper edges where you eat, and the knives have blemishes on the bottoms. Finally, I found the tablespoon shapes hard to use as they are so long and narrow. Not great for soup and hard to put the whole thing in my mouth so I end up sipping instead. The forks and spoons (but oddly not the knives) are all marked CHINA.

quality flatware, a bit high on price
These are nice flatware with a good feel in your hands because the handles are a bit wider and they have a good weight. They have a nice shine, but can show fingerprints, though it isn't extremely noticeable. They come out of the dishwasher with a consistent shine if you use a rinse aid. I personally don't have a use for the small spoon and fork sizes because I don't have young kids, so these seem useless to me and wish silverware was sold ala carte so you could pick what you need. These are priced high because they're a name brand - one could find cheaper sets of similar quality I'd guess since I've owned a cheaper set for a decade and they are just as good or better than this set.

This isn't something I would normally get, but it's pretty complete and the quality is good
So cutlery isn't exactly something I would buy new (the Goodwill near where I live sells individual pieces for 19 cents a piece), but I was curious to get this because it's from Oneida Limited and it has a very interesting history (this is a case of "if you know, you know"). If you aren't buying this because it's from Oneida Limited (and it's corresponding history), this is a pretty good set of silverware. It's a set with a pair of small/large fork and spoon, alongside with a knife, with 4 of the sets per box. One of the sets is displayed outside, while the other 3 are in the back of the set wrapped in plastic. The quality is excellent and you can see "Oneida" etched on the side of the knife blade or carved into the backs of the forks and spoons. I'm not used to buying cutlery brand new so I'm not certain on the price (if this is a good deal or not), and at the time of this review it's $65, not an amount I would spend on forks+spoons+knives. However the quality is great, I've found no problems whatsoever with build quality and looks, and if you have people over who know about this particular piece of US History it can be a very "interesting" conversation starter.

Inconsistent shine
This flatware set is an elegant and durable addition to your table. All utensils work as expected and are easy to wash. There are a few downsides - one is that these utensils need to be hand dried to prevent staining and water marks. The other downside is that the shine is inconsistent between utensils. If you can see in the picture above the bottom spoon has a clearer mirror image than the top one - I found these inconsistencies in the knives as well. This picture was taken after being hand washed after opening, so there was no wear from eating/cooking, etc. I am unsure if somehow my dish sponge could have scratched the spoon, but if it did that would call into question the durability of this product.
