Indiana Jones Hasbro and The Raiders of The Lost Ark Adventure Series Major Arnold Toht Toy,6-inch Action Figures,Ages 4 and up (F6061)

I was blown away with the quality of Major Toht and all the neat items he comes with. Sturdy and wonderful to display!

This and the others in the series are pleasantly hefty, with very stiff joints (I didn't move mine, just put it back in its box). The heads are a bit difficult to pop off and replace, with decent sculpting & detail.Excellent value for this price.

The figure is really well done and looks great. I am not a big fan of the windowless packaging but the art on the box looks really nice. Overall I am really pleased with the figure and the purchase.

The accuracy on this toy is outstanding. Looks really cool. Only issues are these...1. To switch to the "melting face" head, you need to remove his first head (and then vice versa when you want to switch back). The heads are really hard to remove--so much so that I'm afraid that the peg is going to be broken on one of them and I'll never be able to use the other. If that makes any sense. Maybe some kind of oil might work...?2. It is really hard to make him stand up without leaning him against something. And the only time I've been able to make it stand without propping it up, the figure is leaning over so you can't see its face.So no regrets on buying it but these two glitches are kind of annoying.

I was so excited when I saw this and the other characters and bought them all. Arrived today and can not day enough about the quality and nice little extra piece. Comes with an extra hand with the burned medallion as well as, what my daughter is calling, "melted should have opened that" face. So happy with this purchase. Only thing I wish it came with is a hanger :)

I'm not heavy into collection Action Figures. I only buy one if I think it's done right. There have been many Indiana Jones figures made since the original "Raiders" movie and IMO they're only ok at best. The character of Major Arnold Toht was made once before in the 80's by Kenner. This time it's highly detailed far more articulate made by Hasbro. It features a removeable trench coat and hat, Walther p38 pistol, extra right hand with Staff of Ra image burned on it, and best of all it comes with a second head that re-creates the melting face as seen in the climax of the movie. Beautifully done! That detail alone sold me one buying the figure. Also included are 2 Build an Artifact parts of the Ark of the Covenant.My only criticism with this series of is that they need better Marion Ravenwood figure. I would have rather have a figure based on her likeness as seen in the bar early in the film over the outfit that they chose to produce. Also, a Nazi with imploding face would have been good addition to this series IMO.I'm only choosing to buy a few of these figures but I do think serious collectors would love all of them. Hats off to Hasbro they made the best action figures in the 80s when I was a kid and they're doing it again in the 20's!

The face is also very similar to the actor, and the accessories are the best.

Great figure for one of my favorite villains of all time even tho he played such a small part... I just wish he came with the fire poker that he was gonna use to show Marion what he was capable of....
