With all of the amino acids, polysacchrides, collagen, vitamins and minerals its simply really good you.These capsules themselves are average in size and swallow easily with any liquid. They have a slight smell similar to dried shrimp but its not bad. The recommended dosage on the bottle is 2 capsules 1-2 times a day. So depending on what you choose this bottle could last 1-2 months.I have taken this product for over a week now and I have noticed that it gives me a steady amount of energy throughout the day. I don’t have the highs and lows during the day like I normally would have. I am even keel all day long. I am also able to think and process information better at work which has improved my performance. That alone makes this product worth the price for me. But I like knowing that as I take these capsules I am getting some extra protection in my body.Though the price for this product is more than some other supplements I think most people would agree with me that it really does make a difference in their health.

These sea cucumber supplements are pricey, and the long-term benefits require quite an investment. The capsules are well made and come packaged in a crush proof cylinder. We'll see how long it take before I see any health benefits.
