DO REALIZE THAT EACH SOFTGEL IS NOT 600MG, THEY'RE ONLY 300MG EACH! It directs you to take 2 softgels per day to EQUAL 600mg. Hence why there's 60 in each bottle. Otherwise, these are small & easy to swallow. I honestly haven't noticed any changes but I take them religiously.

I've been using these for years, and have been happy with them mostly because they were the most affordable, and they have the correct blend forbest absorption. However, the price has spiked recently, so I'm not on the lookout for other brands with the correct blend.But this is still a solid product if you're looking for CoQ10. I also like that it's 600mg in 2 gelcaps, instead of 4, or even 6.

For as long as I can remember, the ability to swallow pills has been my down-fall! My poor Mom would spend a half hour trying to get me to take an Aspirin. Throw your head way back while raising your tongue to the roof of your mouth. Now open and let me see. The water was gone, but the slightly smaller Aspirin was sitting there right where she'd put it. That would continue until I drank a half gallon of water and the Aspirin had dissolved into undetectable. Then about 10 years ago I took my first Softgel. Holy Mackerel!
