Ok we hear all kinds of commercials and companies trying to convince us to psrt with our hard earned money to buy their "STUFF", when it comes to phone holders, it's like trying to find Cinderella to fit the glass slipper, we all have the graveyard of phone holders, the ones that fell off when the car accelerates, the ones you barely grazed and they shatter into a thousand pieces,, the ones that can't hold their own weight let alone the weight of your phone,, well I'll be damned, even me in my jaded state of mind am very impressed with this bad fella, it's solid!, it locks down so tight makes you wonder if it will ever cone off again,, it hold your phone so well I could swear I heard it say " Is that all you got?!" LOL, this slipper fits. Cinderella just right ! The media could not be loaded. This product was easy to install, provided cleaning wipes to ensure grip. It didn’t take me more than 5 minutes I would say. I took it out on my first trip today and it held really well despite the rough roads. I didn’t notice any rocking or the phone moving. For reference, it held an iPhone 16 pro max. I like the quick release buttons for an easy dismount of the phone. Although a bit pricier than other phone mounts on this website, I think it is worth it. I added a video just showing that it didn’t budge much when I was shaking it, it had pretty good adhesive.

So I received this phone holder. I was hoping it would be better than the last few holders I bought from other companies that never worked properly.I cannot believe my experience. A little back story first.1. Suction cups never hold up under the sun nor do great on the dashboard.2. I have a Samsung 5g newer normal size model. My protection case is strong and only ads a 1/4 to each side. So all the holders I purchased never fit unless I removed the protector.3. All of them were crap.Now I found this one on amazon.1. I had it for one week and was planning to write a review of 3 out of 5.2. The choices to mount included a clip that attaches to the fin on the vent. You can choose the top, middle, or any fin on the vent. The clips had hooks on the end. When I pushed the clip onto the fin, then tightened the nut, it help and does not come out. I was so happy. This one was not going to fall off the dash.3. I left my phone in the protector case and it fits with room to spare and tighten perfectly to grip my phone. This grip locks in tight and you have to squeeze the release buttons to release the phone. SO EASY!4. But when I was driving the ball that fits into the socket which is secured with a nut kept coming loose. At this point I was disappointed. But....5. When I came home I found a message on my Amazon account from Grace at WBRZ Store had sent me a message asking how the holder was holing up. I was surprised. I never had a vendor reach out to me before I had a chance to do something.6. Grace asked if I could give her a chance to work with her to do some debugging on the engineering of the holder. I never told her I teach for the engineering department at a University. I was planning on doing a little re-engineering to fix this problem.7. Instead I gave her a chance to help me... I can't believe what happened. Some photos back and fourth, some lengthy detailed replies from me. Then re-examining the ball size that goes into the socket. Welp...8. Grace sent me a brand new one. I was happy that she was doing this. But when I opened the last message from her. She also gave me a full refund for the original and a new holder.Sorry this was so lengthy but this vendor was worth the effort.
