Likes: - Looks amazing. - Accurate (gauge read 211-213f in boiling water) Dislikes: - The included wiring harnesses are way too short. I had to splice and extend both the sensor-to-gauge harness and the power harness. I feel the included sensor-to-gauge harness needs to be AT LEAST twice the length. This isn't a cheap gauge; would it have really killed them to make the harnesses a bit longer? - The gauge fits into the included pod VERY tightly. I literally had to put my weight on the pod as it wouldn't budge from halfway in otherwise. If you fit the gauge in crooked or need to get it out of the pod for whatever reason - good luck! You aren't getting it out without breaking the pod.
