It's good but not durable,it broke around the folding joint on the upper wand and it can't be fixed,where to get its flexology wand

Does its job well. However stopped working 1 year and 3 moths after purchase. My previous Wertheim lasted 18 years without fault. So not great in my opinion.

Ok hear me out - this is hands down the best vacuum I have used given the specificity of my situation for several reasons listed below. 1) The Anti-Hair Wrap - This is real. It works exactly as it says. I have 2 long haired dogs who shed like there is no tomorrow 365 days a year AND I have long hair that I shed too. 2 floors of my home are carpet covered. I have used many many vacuums, each time cleaning the brush, bristles, cutting the hair which is collected there which was so arduous but in case there isn't a single hair to clean on the brush. Absolutely fantastic! My mind is blown! 2) Weight and Durability - I have back pain, meaning I cannot use heavy vacuums and needed a lighter vacuum which I could easily move up and down the stairs. This fits the bill perfectly. It is not super light, not super heavy, just weighty enough to feel strong and durable. 3) Suction - This is a god send. It has pulled out more gunk from my carpets than I ever believed possible. I am Monica from Friends when it comes to cleaning my home and it is absolutely so so satisfying when I can see the volume of dust that has been picked up from carpets. The dust container is small for the size of my house but it truly does not matter to me, I don't mind emptying it repeatedly. 4) The Bend-ability - I can easily reach under the couch, under the bed, I know this feature is not new to stick vacuums but a stick vacuum with this suction? It is amazing knowing that there are no lingering dust bunnies under furniture. 5) Cord Length - I specifically chose the corded version because I genuinely believe the suction would be better. The cord is very long which is good. I don't keep to keep plugging and unplugging it for different areas. Overall, this product is just amazing. This is my second Shark purchase and the brand has not let me down. Absolute value for money!

Yes, this Shark Stratos HZ3000 cleaner has really proved to be a bit of a revelation. I bought it in December 2023 after my old cylinder cleaner finally broke down. I must admit, after a lifetime of using large capacity cylinder cleaners I was a bit worried whether it would be any good. I opted for a corded model as I have two dogs and a large house so I didn't fancy the idea of continually changing batteries. This machine has been excellent. It copes very well on hard floors, both smooth laminate & rather uneven ceramic & is also excellent on rugs & carpet. It removes dog hair with ease & (so far) never tangles. Suction is not quite as strong as my old cleaner, but it's more efficient as it leaves all surfaces much cleaner. Having the controls immediately to hand on the main unit is so convenient & I find it very light to handle & much easier to manoeuvre than my old cylinder, especially under beds & furniture. I tried the stairs with the turbo attachment, but it's not powerful enough to remove dog hairs on carpeted stairs, so I fitted the main floor unit directly to the control unit, working my way up the stairs with the carpet setting switched on, (it's light & easy to control with one hand while holding onto the hand rail for safety) & then worked my way down with the crevice tool & this did the job perfectly, leaving the stairs spotless! The ability to convert from a floor cleaner to a long high reaching stick & also into a small hand-held device is wonderful. The cable is just long enough for me to reach my entire ground floor & to the top of the stairs without unplugging. The floors upstairs are nearly all carpet, so I have always kept a separate Miele vacuum up there to avoid carrying a large cylinder cleaner up & down the stairs, but as the Shark is so light to carry, I often use it instead as it does the job better. Only down side is the dust container needs emptying a lot more frequently, but because it's small it's easy to empty into an indoor pedal bin without making a mess, whereas my old machine had to be emptied into an outside bin. At first, I found the container a bit tricky to remove, but soon mastered the technique. The cable has to be wound up manually & obviously there is nowhere to store attachments, but these details have not proved problematic for me. It takes up very little storage space, standing approximately 70cm high when folded, the fittings seem nice & rugged, the machine & filters are easy to clean, the roller can be easily removed & cleaned by sliding the red button on the base. So far it has been totally reliable. Update: As of 3rd September, still very pleased. UPDATE: As of 20th July 2025, still very pleased!
