It has some fillers and artificial ingredients, so I mixed it with her dry food instead of giving it to her alone. Overall, it's a huge hit in my house. I bought this for my dog who lost most of his teeth. I needed to start him on soft foods and needed to hide a pill in it. A little difficult to hide the pill without smashing with my fingers...gross...but my dog really likes the flavor. Suffice to say, he will eat anything. Even carrots. But this didnt smell disgusting and I was easily able to feed him.
