Short story, I had a pipe leak in a ceiling. Working on it was difficult to say the least. This was not a gushing leak but a bad drip. It ruined Sheetrock and sealing it without cutting and re-piping was the simplest solution, but I needed something that worked. I had worked with this fiberglass patch before on an outdoor pipe and after the initial setup and cleaning used it on my ceiling pipe. ( make sure you wear latex gloves and soak this well ) Its a bit drippy to put on so tarp the area under the pipe.. Make sure that its on good & tight, wrap it all the away around the pipe. and then let it dry. Not only is it now water tight, but its probably the strongest section of pipe in my house .. Thank you for saving me $1000. plus on a plumber and a huge repair. EXCELLENT - I bought a spare to keep around for the just in case..!!

Had a crack in the sewer pipe that needed to be fixed temporarily wrapped it stuff works great. It bought me an extra month till I was able to get it fixed.. definitely recommend if you need to fix a cracked pipe or whatever you may need to fix.

I have used other brands for this type of product and the product is effective; however this brand did not function the same. . .product became hard quickly making unwinding impossible. TU

I used this kit to repair a metal tube farm fence that had split along one of the seams.

Great product. Easy to apply and very sturdy.

would probably only use on drain pipe , but great for that
