Oh my gosh, I really love this book stand. I use it all the time! So much so, that this is actually my second one in 2 years. Did the other one break. Nope, not at all. It is just always busy! Now I have one on either side of me as I sit at my desk, so no matter which side of my desk I use (it is an L shape desk), I can have it next to me, or, I can use it on either side of me so that if my neck gets tired of facing one direction while I am studying, I can just move my book to the other stand, instead of moving the entire stand. Maybe lazy, I know, but when you are studying hard core in med school, something has to give to make life easier. Often I have my book on one, and my tablet on the other while studying.Pros: it is beautiful! I choose the Panda who is completely adorable, but their other designs are awesome too. Even the plain one is beautiful with the cutouts. It is totally adjustable so I can have it at whatever angle I want it at any time. It has very strong arms so you can hold your book open which is super nice, and they store nearly flat down at the bottom when not needed. Made from nice smooth bamboo which in itself is beautiful. Well made and sturdy.Cons, none.Go pick out the perfect design for you, or get the plain one. They have a couple of different pages with different designs by this same company. One of them is bound to be perfect for you. Choose one. You will love it.

This holder is so versatile plus it’s so pretty for leaving it on your counter. It’s made for cook books. I use it for reading books. The holders made for books are all so narrow in the tray. I needed something that could hold large books. This is exactly what I was looking for.

It is exactly as I had hoped it would be. It looks really good and is perfect for holding some of my larger books while reading themI couldn't be happier.

It's really a nice stand. The only reason I gave it four stars is because the way the mechanism that holds the stand up flops around before you set it in the position that you want. I find that to be annoying because it keeps hitting my hands. Once you get it set in the position you want, it's fine. Aside from that, it's really nice for the price. I like the size as well, and I love that it's lightweight too. It works great in the kitchen for my cookbooks and for holding my tablet. However, if you're planning on using this on your lap instead of a desk top, I recommend you find something else.

This a very classy way to put all your papers. I type alot. Its Beautiful, well made, very sturdy. You can use it like me, or you can also put a book, an ipad or a phone. I will be purchasing another one for home pretty soon.

This is just beautiful. I use it for my Bible. This is so much more practical than you would think. If you wear small framed readers, you know reading something on a flat surface is difficult because your frames are always getting in your line of sight. This book holder has multiple adjustments to accomidate that. Its light and I carry it from room to room with my Bible on it. It has these great page holders. If using for your Bible or any other thick book of thin fragile paper, the page holders must be used with care. You can still use them but you must be careful as not to swing them up on the page to fast or to high as they can rip your page. Just go slow and pay attention to where you are placing them. But this is truly a beautiful piece to have in your home even if you just wanted to use it as a piece of decor. I am going to purchase a second one.

I bought this to hold my music book. I put my music in plastic sleeves and have over 100 songs. This item easily supports the weight of my book. I have had many complements on how easy it is to fold and adjust the angle of the book. I purchased it on sale and love the design. I purchased more for fellow musicians because I liked it so well.
