Okay this one was hard to read because I was laughing so hard I was crying and had to keep putting my Kindle down because I couldn't stop laughing. Yes it's disgusting and if you are prudish or not a fan of toilet humor, it's definitely not for you. But if you enjoy twisted sick humor you will love this. I read it in one sitting.

I know the gag went over very well. Just click and buy from Amazon and have it shipped anywhere and to anyone. My 40-year-old friend did not know what he was getting. I effectively embarrassed him in front of many people. I have no idea (and do not want to know) if he actually read the gift.

Take my advice and do not send it to your parents for a joke gift. It will put you in a situation that you possibly will never recover from. When your parent says that Alligator Death roll is awesome and begins telling you of variations. Call your therapist immediately (saved my life). Overall, I the book is awesome.

This book is a stupid waste of money

Pretty nasty ideas but if you can't tell from the title and cover then you're either naïve or a virgin. Good book as a gag gift for shock value.

Only buy it as a gag gift unless you are into trying completely outlandish things

bought this book after having so many questions while playing cards against humanity. It is the perfect addition to the game and even helps you fill in some of the blank cards.

I was disappointed in this book. I thought it would have a larger variety of interesting sexual encounters. Most of them were the same thing. Most involved some type of anal play. It got boring after a very short time.

Disgusting book buti bought it for someone that thinks it is funny . It is a bit funny and useful if you need to know what it means to get a rusty trombone.

This gift was bought for my very dirty minded friend who is a huge fan of Dirty Sanchez and it is fantastic. We spent the whole of her birthday in our office roaring with laughter at it, to the point our MD had to come through and ask what it was all about - even he laughed! Even now we get the book out and read it aloud to each other.However, this book is not for the faint hearted or the easily offended - we are neither of these - and i would strongly recommend to keep it out of childrens hands!!!A fantastic gift for a bargin of a price! We have even started to use one of the words in the book in every day conversations - if you have read it then you will know what word it is!

Outstandingly humorous! Certainly makes a great present for the discerning couple or individual. Plenty to talk about around the water cooler with your work colleagues
