I have recently been very anxious due to several simultaneous life events. I also have problems sleeping. My sleep became worse with all the anxiety. This stuff has really really helped me. I was taking it several times during daytime and just felt a lot better. Now I'm only taking it evening and night before bed. For me a dose is about half of the dropper (that comes with the bottle). I haven't felt any negative effects at all. I don't need it during the day at the moment, but I still take up to three doses during the evening and before bed. I'm sleeping much much better. I was feeling a little bit of pain which may be cortisol. When I take the product the pain goes. I have bought another bottle because I really believe it has helped me sleep and helped with anxiety. The product seems to take effect for me after a few minutes. I definitely recommend it.

Well we were somewhat sceptical... But my wife has been struggling to settle at bedtime, and I've always been an over thinker. We have taken it for 2 evening before bed and it's done the trick. My wife finished work at 9pm and was watching tv and had fallen asleep within an hour. And the same the next night. We both took 1 ml each at around 9pm. I will update if anything changes.

I thought I would try this for my husband and to be completely honest I don't think it's made any difference. Admittedly it will take a long time to use up but expensive for what it is.
